How we do it
The process starts by selecting the proper material for each application, then we model the rig in our design software, using the boat measurements; this approach allows us to create a set of sails that will fit your boat and increase performance.
The materials are carefully chosen according to each sail and customer´s need: woven, polyester, nylon, carbon fiber, Spectra, Kevlar laminates and fiber oriented molded sail for cruising and racing, also called string sails.
We provide related sailboat parts and accessories, like furling units and mast tracks, as well as sail service and consulting.
Design
Our sails are designed with the help of computer programs that are at the cutting edge of the sail design software industry.
Materials
Our main product line consists of custom sails made of different materials: woven Dracon, laminates, fiber oriented molded membrane sails and Nylon.
Accessories
We also provide sailboat parts and accessories related to the sails: running rigging, roller furling units, mast tracks and much more.
